Lots Of Live Shows At Our Theatre Essex

The Theatre dates back to 1894 and celebrated 125 Years of Summer Variety in 2019. Staffed mainly by local voluntary people who share a passion for theatre, the West Cliff continues to offer a friendly atmosphere along with a great selection of shows for all tastes and budgets.

The theatre strives to provide a comfortable and relaxed environment with exceptional service from start to finish so you can fully enjoy your time visiting us. Your satisfaction is our number one priority.

Facilities

The Stage Door Bar opens an hour before a performance and interval drinks can be purchased prior to the show starting. The bar is normally open after the show as well.

The Stage Door Café is open Monday to Friday from 10am ‘till approximately 4pm and serves hot and cold food, a good selection of cakes with tea and coffee.

Sweets, soft drinks and Ice creams are also available from our kiosk just in case you get a bit peckish at any point.

Car Park

The West Cliff has a small on site car park with plenty of on-street parking available near-by.
