Walton Pier is full of indoor and outdoor activities such as family rides, bowling, fishing, pool and amusements meaning there’s always something to do no matter who you are! If they are feeling brave enough then they can take on our wall climbing challenges too.

Our amusements will have you wondering where to start, with all of the state of the art technology plus some great classic machines like air hockey, dance stages, all of your favourite 2p machines and so much more! Play classic arcade favourites alongside the latest interactive high-tech multi-player games! See if you can beat the infamous claw machine and of course we have a huge variety of different fruit machines, there are plenty of prizes to be won too!

Wall Climbing Essex

Enjoy a game of ten pin bowling here at Walton Pier with our nine well kept lanes and computerised scoring boards. See who really is the champion in the group! Still using the original wood lanes and pin setters from the 60’s. Refreshments, snacks and a licensed bar are all close by just in case you need to refuel.

Because our pier stretches out almost a mile into the North Sea, it’s the perfect spot for some fishing. Casting out from the shore just can’t match the distance you can achieve fishing at Walton Pier. There’s all sorts in the waters. Catch Bass, Garfish and Sole in summer and for Flounder and Cod in winter. Take a trip down memory lane. Lots of you would have visited Walton when you were children. Lots has changed since then. The pier was actually established all the way back in 1830! So it’s like a time capsule here that has been brought up to date.
