Inside our vibrant open house you can enjoy live entertainment, good food and a fantastic atmosphere. Everyone is welcome here, we are dog friendly and our menus have been designed to suit all appetites. There’s lots of great choices for the kiddies. On Sunday you can enjoy our cooked to perfection Sunday roast in Essex. Although we host regular entertainment here, there are quieter rooms and areas to enjoy your food without the background noise. Our friendly team are always available to assist if you need anything. We go the extra mile for all of our visitors. Sunday Roast And Live Entertainment Essex

The large bar is where we host regular entertainment including quizzes and live music. There is also a dart board which gets lots of use as we have 4 dart teams here. Attached to our bar is a separate pool room where we hold pool competitions. Also our two pool teams use this area for practice and games. The smaller bar to the side of the main bar doubles up as a food area. This is used by people who want a quiet meal and also different groups such as our catan club.

At the back of the pub we have our acorn suite which is used as a function room for private events such as wakes and birthday celebrations. The suite has its own bar and is completely self sufficient. The patio doors to the acorn suite opens up onto a large decking area. This gets loads of use in the summer months when people use it for eating and drinking while enjoying the delightful weather. Picture yourself enjoying a delicious Sunday roast with a drink in hand soaking up the sun.

Dog Friendly Pub Essex

Our large grassed garden comes complete with a marquee. This area can be hired out privately for your own event too. There are ample benches available and we also have live music out there when the weather is nice. We have a car park at the pub and there are no restrictions on the road so parking is no issue.
