Ru’s Bubble Waffles specialise in freshly baked waffle dough prepared according to a special recipe. All of our waffles are made fresh and can be filled with ice cream, whipped cream and then personalised with a variety of sprinkles, toppings and sauces. All of our team are very friendly and helpful, if you need help with anything at all while you’re here, just ask. Our bubble waffles are a new and exciting take on a traditional waffle. They’re tasty, airy and you can fill them up with just about anything. We have a crazy variety of different toppings that you can put on yourself. The kids love getting involved and adding their own toppings to their desserts.

Bubble Waffles Essex On The Go

We have a converted horse box into a portable waffle station which means BUBBLE WAFFLES ON THE GO! We are planning on doing festivals and private events! So you can have our delicious bubble waffle station at your birthday parties, weddings, summer fates and any other events you may be hosting! We also have a second location! We will be taking our horse box down to OLD LEIGH on sunny days throughout the summer, so you can enjoy a Ru’s Bubble Waffles on the beach!
