Located in Southend, we are the only indoor weatherproof dog centre in the whole of Essex. The council have even provided us with a licence that no other doggy day care in the surrounding areas has. Since opening our doors in 2017 we have received amazing feedback from our visitors. The passion that we have for providing exceptional care for your furry friends while they are visiting really shines through. Your pooches are very important to us and we want them to leave here like they just came off holiday.
Our owner Lucy has over 20 years worth of experience working at all kinds of animal establishments including dogs trust, a variety of kennels and other day cares. All of her knowledge and experience coupled with our passionate and motivated team means that your dog is in the best hands possible at Paws Indoors. We are fully licensed and insured. Pick up and drop off can be arranged with us. Daily updates are provided and our doggy day care is weatherproof so you haven’t got to worry about them being out in the rain.

Our aim is to create a haven for all of our furry friends to visit when they need to. Somewhere that you aren’t worried about leaving them because you know they will be cared for perfectly. We understand just how much you love your pets and how you want the very best care for them while you are away. Everything they could ever need is here already. They will receive plenty of love and cuddles, we can assure you.
There are many great benefits for your pooch when leaving them at our doggy day care. They will meet other dogs and build their socialisation skills. If you need us to then we can do a bit of training in the areas you need it. Our Good Dog – Level 1 course will go over all the basics such as sitting and staying, returning even when there are squirrels etc, fetching, simple tricks and lots more. We do require dogs and pups to attend a minimum of two days per week to create some regularity and familiarity with our team and pack.

Something else we offer is socialisation parties for the dogs. You are able to mingle with like minded owners & their dogs, create bonds with other dog owners in the community & let your pooch socialise and make friends.
