East Saxon Training (EST) was founded because we believe that training courses should be more than just ticking boxes. David Hewitt who founded East Saxon Training knows that he can really make a difference to individuals and organisations that attend the courses both during and following the training. Homogeneous, off the peg, one-size-fits-all training courses are generally boring and add little value to organisations. At EST we aim to tailor our training courses so that they are relevant to the specific challenges and needs of your staff and your organisation. This makes our training fun, informative, and memorable long after the course has finished. Meaning long-lasting changes and improvements in the workplace.
David has been working as a manager since 1988; He has over 30 years’ experience to share as a successful senior manager. “I realised that training was an excellent way to engage with my teams and I always enjoyed running training and staff development when I had the opportunity. The excellent feedback I was given convinced me to set up as a freelance trainer—and so East Saxon Training was born”. He draws on his extensive experience when planning and running the training courses.

We believe that designing bespoke courses specifically for your business allows us to provide the most relevant training. Our courses will always be suited to your team and to your business, no matter your needs. From a one-hour, in-house basic awareness course to a three-day team building session. East Saxon Training provides fun, memorable, and informative courses for you and your team.
Using your own premises can save you time and money, but if you do not have the space it is not a problem. We can find somewhere close by, whilst aiming to keep travel time and cost to a minimum. During COVID-19 we did deliver training via Zoom or Microsoft teams which is still available if preferred.
