Colchester Spice (formerly known as Grill66 fusion) is an authentic Indian restaurant and grill based in Colchester, owned and run by Armhed Hussain, who is affectionately known as Bob to all his friends and customers. Bob is a talented chef known for his own specialty Indian dishes. Bob has been involved in the hospitality industry for more than thirty years and has been involved in launching some of the best-known Indian restaurants in the UK.

This leads us onto the grill which features a selection of mouth-watering dishes, including grilled mackerel, t-bone steak, fillet chicken burgers, grilled lamb chops, and Peri-Peri chicken.
Colchester Spice is a family-friendly restaurant which means the kids have their own delicious menu, although they are more than welcome to eat from the adult’s menu, we can always reduce the portion size and adjust the price for you.
Colchester Spice has a selection of special dishes for vegetarians and vegans, which includes (NOT) chicken masala or for those who like it spicy a (Not) chicken madrass. we also have vegetable curry, vegan onion bhajis, and a selection of vegan naan bread.
Bob is also happy to cook you something special, just make yourself known when you arrive, tell him what you love (within reason) and he will do his utmost to make you happy. Even better, give him a call a day or so before your booking and he will have your dish organised for when you arrive.
The restaurant which is around 5 minutes walk from the town center features a car park (please make sure you enter your registration when you arrive) so if you have to drive here, parking will not be a problem, although we recommend coming by foot or taxi as the combination of our delicious food, awesome atmosphere, and fully licensed bar will mean you’ll want to make a night of it.
